看了部片 a civil action
(中文翻譯叫做法網邊緣來著 個人prefer原文)
一部看了讓我有很多感觸的電影
我想 因為大五了吧
如果是我大二來看這部片 應該 就一部法律電影
一個原本專打人身傷害的律師 捲入環保有關的案件
這個律師 因為被某一個被害家屬深深地打動
太過深入到當事人的情緒裡 拼命地要向大公司討回公道
(用他的話說 該吊銷執照)
最後把整個事務所及其合夥人都弄垮了 自己也申請破產
破產時 只有14塊美金 一台收音機
民事訴訟法上有句名言 舉證之所在 敗訴之所在
原告須擔負舉證責任
證明的程度需使法官的天秤有51%的傾斜 -> 優勢證據
(preponderance evidence)
這部片活生生地就在講蒐證的困難 民事訴訟的法尋求說
又讓我想起模擬法庭
前幾天做了一個有關模擬法庭的夢
做到我的某些資料 註 沒有引到判決
夢裡的人生悶氣 在夢裡 我完全可以感受到她的不悅
是的 nightmare
好 度過一個有意義的晚上
晚餐是期待很久的馬辣
哈根大使的提拉米蘇口味的冰淇淋很對我的味
這頓也算愉快 雖有些微的違和感 不知從何說起
馬辣的缺點 會讓人吃的戰戰兢兢
不喜歡 吃飯就是要悠閒地享用
就這樣 嚐鮮過了 掰掰
餐畢 在NET買了一條看上眼的圍巾
窮 花錢還是開心 哈哈
後來跑去找新朋友聊天 河堤好冷
寂寞是被襯托出來的
以前時常覺得孤單 但是也不會想要積極地去改變什麼
就像叫我跟半生不熟的人打招呼一樣尷尬的自然
就是這樣 把心裡房間的門關起來 叫了也不太會應
(但因外在表現不好相處 也很少有人來敲門 噗)
新朋友似乎也是個缺乏溫暖的人 應該吧 吧吧吧吧
哎呀呀 又讓我想起孤單到成自然的哀傷情緒
姑且傷一下好了 我是一陣風 (自己說)
前兩天 練球狀況差到不行
卻仍然沒有人要給我批評指教的時候 我就頓悟了
想必大家都覺得我能夠自己把自己照顧的很好
我很成熟 不需要別人操心
像這種事 我一定能夠自己handle的
再度自己說 但是我千真萬確有這種體悟
不喜歡當個弱者
目前的情況是 不強 卻是個孤獨的中間程度
沒人要理
阿 感到有一絲絲的心酸
我的心願是 處在能夠容任我任性的環境裡
不喜歡自己理性到無聊的程度
